Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading is highly volatile. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in leveraged products you may lose more than your initial deposit. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

BTC AI Agent is a software tool that detects patterns and can automate orders on your own broker account. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Its signals, analyses, and automated actions are not recommendations and are not guarantees of any outcome.

No profit guarantee

There is no guarantee of profit. Past performance, paper-trading results, and backtests do not predict or guarantee future results. Market conditions change and any strategy can lose money.

You are responsible; we are not liable

You trade on your own broker/exchange account, with your own funds and your own API credentials. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your configuration (timeframes, stop-loss, take-profit, position size, paper vs. live mode), and all resulting outcomes.

The operator of BTC AI Agent is not responsible or liable for any profit, loss, or damages arising from your use of the bot — including losses from market moves, slippage, exchange outages, connectivity issues, software errors, delayed or missed orders, or incorrect configuration. The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

Your compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that automated crypto/derivatives trading is legal in your jurisdiction and that your use complies with the terms of service of the broker/exchange you connect. You must hold any licenses or permissions your local laws require.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Identity — via Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication): your email address, account ID, display name, and profile photo.
Broker credentials — the API key/secret (and, for some brokers, an OAuth token and account ID) for the exchange you choose to connect (e.g. Coinbase, Binance, Bybit, Delta, CoinDCX, Pepperstone). These are used solely to place and manage your trades.
Trading data — the signals, open positions, and trade history generated for your account (entry/exit prices, points, close reasons, timestamps).
Your settings — trading preferences such as mode (paper/live), quantity, timeframes, pattern filters, and feature toggles.
Notifications — an optional Telegram chat ID, only if you enable personal trade alerts.

How we use it

Your data is used only to operate the bot for you: to authenticate you, run the scanner, place and manage your trades on the broker you connected, show your reports, and send the alerts you opted into.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your information is only transmitted to the services required to run the product:

the broker/exchange you connected — to execute your trades;
Google Firebase / Firestore — authentication and data storage;
Anthropic — only for optional AI analysis features you invoke.

Storage & security

Data is stored in Google Firestore. Access is gated by Firebase Authentication and an administrator allowlist. Sensitive fields (such as broker API secrets) are masked in application responses. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure; you use the service at your own risk.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your stored data and broker credentials at any time by contacting the developer. You can also remove your broker API keys yourself in Settings, and you should revoke those keys on the exchange side when you stop using the bot.
